Client Overview:

Global sportswear brand FILA, with roots in Italy, has been a leader in athletic apparel technology and design for over 100 years since its founding in 1911. Having moved headquarters to South Korea in 2007, the brand has seen a major expansion in their product offerings and brand positioning, acting as a leader in K-Pop visuals as well as a key player in athleisure.

Client’s Goal:

A hybrid physical-digital customer experience to launch the exclusive collection in the Southern China region:

    • Launch the exclusive collection with strong Marketing, PR, and Branding exposure across the region

    • Showcase FILA’s tech savviness as well as to expand reach without physical constraints by integrating an Instagram filter developed by Preface, a Meta-endorsed partner

    • Increase customer engagement with lifestyle elements

Our Solution:

For FILA’s exclusive collaboration with Van Gogh Museum, Preface acted as a key point of synergy between all stakeholders: FILA, Van Gogh Museum, PR + Media Guests, and Consumers. With the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, it is important for retail clients like FILA to be able to ensure that product launches can still reach consumers and are able to maximize awareness potential. Aware of our technology expertise and our passion for infusing tech into daily life, FILA looked to Preface to bring the campaign to life. In addition to playing host to the physical exhibition and media event for FILA at our very own Preface Coffee & Wine Causeway Bay Flagship, we also provided a themed digital customer experience that elevated the engagement overall engagement level.
